2007 was a fantastic year at Swansbrough Manor. We had almost 150 people visit on our preview night and 450-500 people on Halloween. The pirate theme went over exceptionally well and all of the guests had a great time. All of our family pitched in this year including my wife and kids, my in-laws, my parents, my grandmother, and my sister and her friend from California. It was truly a family event and one for the history books.

I have to give a special "Thank You!" to my father Ray who helped me build the Black Pearl over 7 weeks. Also, my father-in-law Don who built three of my new pneumatic props this year. Without these guys help, it would have not been as successful. A special thank you to my wench (err- wife) Dawn, who spent weeks setting-up the cemetery and the surrounding area.
